My name is John Bloom

Before founding Elevated Athlete Development, I dedicated 7 years to Division-1 athletics, supporting elite athletes in achieving high-level performance while staying healthy. I have a passion for the weight room, but my main goal is to always use it to improve sports performance. It is not about how much weight you can lift; it is about how effectively you can perform when it counts-at game time. That is my mission: to guide you towards becoming a dominant athlete and provide training you can trust.
